PK92 Terms and Conditions — Pakistan's Online Betting Platform

By accessing, registering with or using the pk92 platform at pk92.click — whether through a browser on your mobile, tablet or desktop — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must stop using pk92 immediately and close your account if one has been created.

These Terms and Conditions form a binding legal agreement between you (the member) and pk92. They apply to all sections of the platform including the sports sportsbook, live casino, crash games, Andar Bahar, baccarat and any other products offered by pk92 now or in the future.

These terms are written in plain English for the benefit of pk92 members in Pakistan. Where legal language is unavoidable, it is explained as clearly as possible. If you have a question about any clause, contact pk92 support before proceeding.

To register and use pk92, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your membership:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PK92 does not allow access to minors under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing pk92 from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for personal use.
• You must be the genuine person registering the account — creating accounts on behalf of others is not permitted on pk92.
• You must not already hold an active pk92 account. Each person is permitted exactly one account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your real name, mobile number and date of birth.

PK92 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of membership — at registration, before processing a withdrawal or during a routine account review. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.

PK92 treats all accounts as belonging to the registered holder. If your account is misused because you shared your credentials, pk92 cannot be held responsible for any resulting losses or actions taken against the account under these Terms and Conditions.

All transactions on pk92 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet, instant deposit, 1–3 hour withdrawal processing
• JazzCash — mobile wallet, instant deposit, 1–3 hour withdrawal processing
• NayaPay — digital account, instant deposit
• SadaPay — digital account, instant deposit
• Bank IBFT — bank transfer, instant deposit, 1 business day withdrawal
• Visa / Mastercard (issued by Pakistani banks)

The minimum deposit on pk92 is Rs 200. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. There are no pk92-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — pk92 has no control over third-party fees.

PK92 processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. Most Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are completed within one to three hours. Bank IBFT withdrawals are processed within one working day. Delays beyond these estimates may occur during high-volume periods or if additional verification is required.

PK92 reserves the right to request source of funds information before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure and does not imply wrongdoing on the part of the member. Cooperating promptly with such requests allows pk92 to process your withdrawal without delay.

Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. If you believe a deposit was made incorrectly, contact pk92 support as soon as possible with your transaction reference. PK92 will investigate but cannot guarantee recovery of funds once a deposit has been credited to a wallet.

PK92 offers bonuses and promotional credits to members from time to time. These include welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all pk92 promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the wagering requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly at the time of claiming.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance on pk92. Your real-money PKR balance and bonus balance are shown separately in your account.
• Bonuses are intended for use on pk92 only. Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless pk92 explicitly states otherwise in a specific promotion.
• Bonuses claimed using multiple accounts will be voided and the accounts involved will be reviewed under the prohibited conduct policy (Section 6).
• PK92 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus at any time. If a bonus is withdrawn while a member is actively wagering through it, the remaining unmet wagering requirement is cancelled and any bonus funds not yet released become void.

All bets placed on pk92 are subject to the specific rules of the sport, league or game type involved, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. Rules for individual bet types, market settlement procedures and event-specific edge cases are published in the relevant section of the pk92 platform.

Sports Betting: Bets are accepted up to the point the market is suspended. Once a bet is confirmed by pk92, it cannot be cancelled by the member except where a cash-out option is available and exercised before the event concludes. Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body. In the case of a disputed result, pk92 will await the official final ruling before settling the market.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: The minimum single sports bet on pk92 is Rs 50. The minimum accumulator bet is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, league, market type and event significance. PK92 reserves the right to limit stakes for individual members or on specific markets at its discretion.

Live In-Play Betting: Live markets on pk92 may be suspended briefly around significant match events — goals, wickets, red cards, timeouts. Bets placed during a suspension window are not accepted. PK92 does not accept responsibility for connectivity issues on the member's side that result in a missed betting window.

Crash Games: Crash games including Aviator and JetX use a provably fair algorithm. Each round's outcome can be verified by the member after the round concludes. PK92 does not intervene in or alter crash game outcomes. Auto-cashout instructions set by the member are executed automatically and pk92 is not liable for technical failures on the member's device that prevent auto-cashout from triggering.

Live Casino: Live casino games including baccarat and Andar Bahar are operated by licensed third-party providers. Their specific game rules govern alongside these Terms and Conditions. In the event of a disconnection during a live table game, pk92 will attempt to complete the round based on the game state at the point of disconnection. Where this is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk92. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and legal action where applicable:

• Registering more than one account per person, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Using pk92 in connection with any fraudulent, deceptive or illegal activity.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, use bots or automated betting scripts on pk92.
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner with other members to guarantee profit or circumvent terms, including matched betting using pk92 bonus funds.
• Depositing funds obtained from unlawful activity or using pk92 as a vehicle for money laundering.
• Accessing pk92 using a VPN, proxy or any method intended to disguise your location or identity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing pk92 support staff or other members through any channel.
• Sharing your pk92 account credentials with another person or allowing another person to operate your account.

PK92 may suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, deceptive or prohibited activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe.
• Voluntary account closure requested by the member.
• Self-exclusion request made under the pk92 Responsible Gaming policy.
• Inactivity — accounts with no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A dormant fee of Rs 200 per month may be deducted from the remaining real-money balance after this period, provided the balance is above Rs 200.

If your account is closed due to a policy breach, any balance associated with bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balance that was deposited and not covered by a breach-related investigation will be returned via the original deposit method, less any amounts identified as improperly obtained.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their pk92 account should contact support via live chat or email at support@pk92.click. The team will confirm closure and process the return of any eligible real-money balance within five working days.

PK92 is committed to responsible gaming as a genuine obligation. The platform provides the following tools to all members through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit cap on pk92. Once set, limits take effect immediately when being reduced and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when being increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set duration of continuous play on pk92.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary break (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion from pk92. During exclusion, no deposits, bets or account reactivation are possible.

All content on the pk92 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, user interface, original text, odds data, graphics, imagery and software — is the intellectual property of pk92 or its licensed third-party providers.

Members are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the pk92 platform solely for the purposes of personal betting and gaming as described in these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or republish any pk92 content or data without written permission.
• Create derivative works based on pk92 content.
• Use pk92's brand, logo or trademarks in any manner not explicitly authorised.
• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from pk92 using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of pk92 intellectual property may result in account closure and civil or criminal liability under applicable intellectual property law.

PK92 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain uninterrupted service, pk92 does not guarantee that the platform will always be available, error-free or free from technical interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, pk92 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits or betting opportunity caused by technical downtime, connection failures or system errors.
• Losses arising from a member's failure to read or understand these Terms and Conditions, bonus terms or game rules.
• Errors in odds caused by data feed failures, where the bet was placed after an obvious or manifest error. PK92 reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
• Losses resulting from a member sharing their login credentials with a third party.
• Indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any kind arising from the use of pk92.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes pk92's liability for fraud, gross negligence or for any matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.

PK92 collects and processes personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, payment processing and platform usage analytics. The full details of how pk92 collects, uses and protects your personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

By using pk92, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. PK92 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers and regulatory bodies where required by law.

PK92 uses SSL encryption for all data transmission between your device and the platform. Stored data is protected using industry-standard security measures. However, no system is completely immune to security risks. If you believe your pk92 account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

PK92 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, pk92 will notify active members via the registered mobile number or email address where one has been provided.

Continued use of pk92 after the updated Terms and Conditions have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any change, you should stop using pk92 and request account closure as described in Section 7.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to pk92's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from your use of pk92 that cannot be resolved through the support process will be subject to the dispute resolution procedure communicated by pk92 at the time of the dispute.
